Supporting You in 2022 and Beyond
This has not been an easy year for anyone. But we are here, persevering, and hopefully finding little (and sometimes big!) things to celebrate and shine light into our lives!
Personally, I have been working hard to deepen my practice and expertise in Ayurvedic herbs, nutrition, and holistic treatments, and I just passed a rigorous exam!
For years I have been a holistic health coach, and certified yoga and meditation teacher. Then, I dove into Ayurveda and earned my degree as an Ayurvedic Counselor. Now, I am also board certified with the NAMA (the National Ayurvedic Medical Association).
I wanted to share this with you, because YOU are the reason I'm here: to connect with you, and serve you, so that you can live your best, healthiest, happiest life.
