Ever wondered what exactly I do?
Besides the question, "HOW exactly do you pronounce Ayurveda?" (hint: it's eye-yer-VAY-duh), there are a few questions that come up in my work frequently. And if one person is curious, it stands to reason that more people are wondering the same thing!
1. What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda means "science or wisdom of life". It is an Indian system of natural healing that uses food as medicine, herbs, and daily self-care to create vibrant health, energy, and longevity naturally. Ayurveda's core philosophy is that your body is always in the process of healing and rebalancing itself. We just have to create the right environment (with food, drink, and lifestyle) for that healing to take place.
2. How do your programs work?
I have 3 options: a free 5 Day challenge (a great intro to Ayurveda!), a 14 day Reset and Rebalance virtual course, teaching you to rebalance your digestion with food, drink and lifestyle, and a 3 month program called Beautifully Balanced, which is guided total holistic life transformation, especially for women with anxiety, digestive issues, and fertility issues.
3. What changes can I expect after doing one of your programs?
Deeper, more healing sleep, more energy and focus. Less bloating, gas, and acid reflux, a boosted metabolism, healthy daily eliminations or "poops". Clear skin, easier periods, increased fertility, and a smoother menopause transition. Less anxiety, and more calm and contentment. Feeling better everyday, and being in a place where you may be able to wean off certain pharmaceutical meds (with the approval of your doctor). This is the magic of Ayurveda, folks.
4. Can I make your offerings work with my busy life?
Oh yes! I am very busy too (mama of a toddler + one on the way, business owner, and human being, lol) That's why I designed my courses and programs for busy people. They are flexible, learn at your own pace, and totally guided and supported. I am here for you every step of the way, and we co-create amazing healthy change together.
5. Who are your programs best for?
My work is geared towards women with anxiety or depression who don't want to live on meds for the rest of their life - and also targets gut issues and digestive conditions like: IBS, acid reflux, SIBO, and constipation. Finally, I serve women with hormonal issues like severe PMS and PMDD, fertility challenges, endometriosis, PCOS, perimenopause and menopause.
